I offer psychotherapy for individuals and couples. This is a humanistic approach to psychotherapy. My work encompasses a wide range of issues of anxiety and difficulties, dilemmas and confusions. Inclusive to this are matters of depression, loss, change and relationships.

I recognise and hold respect for where you are in your own place in the world and work from your perspective. Combining this with the perspective I can bring to our developing relationship that encompasses listening respectfully, patiently and reflectively with empathy and acceptance my approach is to help you to find your answers to the questions, confusions, and difficulties that have led you to this point and place.

My clinical practice is UK based in Lichfield and in Nottingham. The cost for individual therapy is £50 per session.
